In the event you need to file a claim, please follow these 7 steps:

1. Tend to People

Make sure everyone is safe, get medical attention to those who need it and go somewhere safe if you are in danger.

2. Report

Report to authorities when needed (fires, broken gas lines, crimes, etc.).

3. Protect Property

Do what you can to protect property from further damage as long as you don't expose yourself to possible injury.

4. Make Repairs

Make emergency repairs and, if possible, take photos of damage before the repairs were made.

5. Contact Us

Report the loss by contacting Middle Peninsula at 757-229-0841, or by contacting your insurance carrier directly.

6. Keep Records

Keep records of all expenses.

Non-Emergency Repairs

Do not authorize non-emergency repairs until we at Middle Peninsula or the claims adjuster has given you the authority to do so.
